Required Experience: 0-5  Years of B2B/Inside Sales Experience

Work Location:  Gurgaon/Gurugram – Work from office

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and classify target accounts.
  • Executing strategic, region-wise cold-calling campaigns mapped directly to different software modules.
  • Leveraging multi-channel outreach by combining direct calling with personalized LinkedIn communication and tailored email proposals.
  • Pitching POD’s value proposition, scheduling product demos, and securing high-value appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Driving account growth and revenue expansion by identifying upselling opportunities and collaborating with Account Managers.
  • Owning daily pipeline hygiene and data workflows inside Zoho CRM to ensure all interactions are meticulously tracked.
  • Tracking competitor movements and trends to keep outbound sales strategies highly competitive.
  • Coordinating post-sales client onboarding, product training sessions, and corporate account upselling.
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development Team and Sales Head.
