Required Experience: 

6+ years of experience in Assessment content design

Work Location: 

Gurugram/Gurgaon – Work from the office.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field with related equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for candidate assessment.
  • Identify the appropriate types of assessments (coding, logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, english proficiency, etc.) based on the job role and client specifications.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for assessment content creation, considering the required difficulty levels and candidate profile.
  • Design assessment formats that effectively evaluate candidates’ skills and knowledge.
  • Design clear, concise, and accurate assessments and tasks aligned with the defined objectives and difficulty levels.
  • Develop a repository of assessment items and questions across different domains for future use.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, freelancers, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and relevance of assessment content.
  • Continuously research and incorporate industry best practices in assessment design and educational measurement.
  • Work with clients, vendors, and freelancers to customize assessments for specific job roles, ensuring that the assessments accurately reflect the required skills and competencies.
  • Review, edit, and refine assessment content to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Implement feedback from clients, reviewers, and candidates to improve the assessments over time.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in assessment methodologies and technologies.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, with proven experience in assessment content development, educational content creation, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of various assessment types and formats, including coding challenges, logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and language proficiency tests.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality assessment content.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective assessment strategies.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with subject matter experts, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with assessment authoring tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
